We've been enduring a rather wet winter on Maui, so we had to take advantage of our gorgeous sunny day yesterday. A group of us, and T-Bone, hit the beach!

The blog has been fairly quiet lately. I haven't been doing a lot of adventures lately as I've been jumping through hoops to chase after a new and exciting opportunity.
While that's been happening, I've been hitting the gym. A lot. And in my fancy new sneakers:
And I went to fancy schmancy brunch at the Grand Wailea last weekend:
The hotel is one of the most gorgeous, luxurious properties I have set foot on in Maui.
The resort is open air with luscious landscaping and punctuated with bodacious sculptures, like this smoking lady below:
I've been eating out a little less frequently, and I've been focusing on making home cooked meals, like this chorizo-potato egg bake from the other night:
We're expecting a few days of storms with lots of rain and lots of wind, but that's okay because on Maui, rain showers make rainbows.
