My new cookbook just arrived in the mail from Amazon.com yesterday. Once removed from its shipping packaging, I read the whole thing from cover to cover, and I'm so excited to try everything in Jane Coxwell's book.
I'm looking forward to trying the green quinoa-crusted bass, the lobster quinoa, the poached salmon with shrimp on couscous, among many other super tempting tasty dishes!
I'll, of course, keep you informed on how my kitchen escapades go!
